Custom Training

The LOSA offers compliance training that works with company culture.  "LOSA Trainings" emphasize a work place's unique approach to civil rights, equity, inclusion, workplace safety, and other compliance issues.

No cookie-cutter training, Stephanie Adams works with clients to design an experience that will engage and transform attendees.   She draws on her life experience as a library clerk, house painter, fencing referee, cartoonist, college instructor, and trial attorney to create content that is accessible and meaningful to particular attendees--from trade workers, to artists, to fellow lawyers.

These trainings can be designed to meet the new requirements for all employers in New York State.
